Veganism is on the up in the UK with the Vegan Society recording 600,000 vegans in the UK in 2018, this figure is up from only 150,000 people back in 2016. Here at Lincoln Plaza London, we believe in the offering the flexibility of a plant-based option and this January we are introducing a plant-based pop-up brunch event in partnership with renowned author and Chef Mira Manek.
Mira has been working alongside our very own head chef Rumel Pinnock on a tantalising plant-based menu that will be available throughout January. Expect strong flavours, exciting tastes and new combinations.
Mira has allowed her love of healthy eating and Indian flavours to inspire her cooking, and we are delighted to offer you a creative menu inspired by her own heritage.

In 2017 Mira released her first cookbook Saffron Soul, home to a collection of modern and traditional Indian vegetarian recipes. Mira’s highly anticipated second cookbook “Prajna, Ayurvedic Rituals for Happiness” is available to buy in our Canary Wharf restaurant this month.
